Deep Solar Ghana (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Deep Solar Ghana mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

- Load calculator inputs and solar proposal requests
- Site visit requests (including address/location if you provide it)
- Chat and support messages
- Video or photos you upload (e.g. for AI troubleshooting)
- Issue reports and maintenance-related information
- **Payment-related information:** When you pay an invoice through the app (e.g. via Mobile Money / Hubtel), we process transaction references and payment status. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full payment card or Mobile Money PIN.
### 1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- **Device and app usage:** Device type, operating system, app version, and general usage of the app (e.g. to improve performance and fix errors).
- **Identifiers:** A unique user ID and, if you enable notifications, a push notification token so we can send you alerts (e.g. messages, invoice reminders, site visit updates).

If you grant permission, we may use your device location to support features such as site visit scheduling or showing relevant content. You can turn off location access in your device settings at any time.
